RE: eFiling – Civil Division

The Clerk of Courts for the Stow Municipal Court is pleased to announce that the Court’s eFiling portal is now activated for Civil cases. eFiling for Civil documents was approved by the Court in Local Rule 7 and Guidelines exist and are available on the Court’s website and via request. Although Local Rule 7 mandates that attorneys will be required to file Civil cases via the eFiling portal beginning January 1, 2017, there will be a 30 day grace period.
