Former State Senator Kevin Coughlin was sworn in as Clerk of the Stow Municipal Court today. Coughlin took up the office after taking the oath of office administered by Judge Kim Hoover, with Judge Lisa Coates and his family in attendance.
Among Coughlin’s priorities as Clerk: modernizing the office and implementing a new case management system and improving customer service.
“I’m looking forward to working with Judges Hoover and Coates to modernize the operation of the Court and professionalize the Clerk’s office,” Coughlin said. “Together, we can make our Court a model for others to follow.”
