THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK CAN:

  1. Help you understand how court works.

  2. Help you with scheduling information.

  3. Answer questions regarding court procedure.

  4. Help you find information about your case.

  5. Answer questions regarding fines and costs.

  6. Direct you to where you have to appear in court.

  7. Provide copies of Local Rules of Court.

  8. Direct you to other agencies that can provide assistance to you.

 

THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK CANNOT:

  1. Give you legal advice.

  2. Recommend an attorney.

  3. Fill out forms for you.

  4. Advise you what to say or write to the Court.
